Wrap fig half in prosciutto and hold together with a toothpick.
Grill until the prosciutto is slightly crispy and the fig is warmed to gooey perfection.
Remove from grill and cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Instead of grilling, you can also roast the figs in a preheated 450 degree oven until the prosciutto is crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
