Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T orange juice
- 1 tsp orange and lemon zest
- Pinch ground ginger fresh grated is better if you have it on hand
- Pinch red chili flake
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Melt butter and all ingredients just until smooth.
- Remove underside of lobster tail or cut a slit through the top part of the shell.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Skewer each one with a metal or water-soaked bamboo skewer.
- Place on grill for approx 3-5 minutes on each side while lightly brushing with butter mixture (reserving some for finish).
- Platter lobster tails, top with remaining butter mixture, and serve with a simple green salad.
