Elemental Series
The Cypher Elemental Series is a collection of single varietal wines that make up the elements of our red wine blends. Some of these limited production wines are reserved for wine club releases and are unavailable for tastings. Join one of Cypher’s Enigma wine clubs to claim your allocation of our coveted small batch releases and reserve wines!
Rhone Blends
This trifecta takes red Rhone blends in three different directions starting with SAM’s classic Theory 3 GSM, flipping it sideways to create the Mourvedre leading Fifth Element, and turning it upside down to create the super jammy and spicy Phoenix. An enjoyable and tasty exploration of the versatility of Paso terroir and Rhone red blends.
Anime Series
Three warriors have arrived in Paso! A long time in planning, the Fall 2020 Club Pack included the inaugural release of Cypher’s Anime Series including 2017 ZinPunk, Theory Z, and Slayer. These blends slash traditional winemaking with a swift flick of their swords to create some exciting bold wines. Inspired by SAM’s history with and passion for Martial Arts and Zin, these warriors are created from love, tenacity, and a desire to take the path less traveled. Collectively, they are her alter ego.
Dirt Candy
Dirt Candy is a line of alternative liquid creations by SAM that are her interpretations of nature’s candy.
Crickets & Tumbleweed
One thing winemaker Sam ZinPunk enjoys almost as much as making great wines is creating exciting, unique dishes to pair with and enhance each varietal and blend. This passion drove her to develop Crickets & Tumbleweed, a culinary line that includes virgin olive oils, infused olive oils and vinegars, infused sea salts, salt-free herb and spice seasonings, and wine jellies – all curated and Tumbleweed Tested by SAM herself. Her motto – Enjoy life in the SLO Lane! Enjoy the simple things in life, beginning with a culinary exploration in your own kitchen with friends and family.
Earth Fire
In 2008 SAM started making small-batch body products with a desire to create a nurturing and chemical-free skincare line to share with family and friends. As enthusiasm and a buzz arose for her bespoke body products, SAM grew her cottage industry to provide enough product to supply the Cypher tasting room for the community at large to discover and enjoy.
