2021 Elemental Zinfandel
An elegant Paso Robles Zinfandel, sourced from vineyards in the Templeton Gap and Adelaida Districts, boasting layers of blackberry, strawberry, cherry, black pepper, and a vanilla finish. This special release pays homage to my 20-year winemaking journey and the interconnection among Cypher’s Anime blends, completing the circle of life.

2021 Elemental Cabernet Sauvignon
Elegantly expression of this leading varietal. Gentle use of new oak lets the true nature of the fruit and terroir shine through while the oak plays a supporting role. Big aromatics lead to black cherry, plum, cedar, sage, and a pinch of green peppercorn. 7% Petit Verdot contributes deep blackberry fruit with violet, gorgeous structure, and rich tannins.

2021 Elemental Petit Verdot
Mother nature was generous in 2021, allowing this very limited and special release of Petit Verdot from the Adelaida District in the Western hills of Paso Robles. Gorgeous aromatics of violet, black cherry and lilac explode into layers of elegant tannins, and big blackberry and plum with notes of sage and cedar.

45% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 25% Mourvedre
A Grenache-leading GSM which delivers an elegant, classic Rhône style with notes of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and Provencal herbs. Theory 3 has beautiful structure and a finish that lingers on and on with big fruit and delicate tannins.

Rising from the ashes of tradition, Phoenix takes flight with a bold alternative Rhône blend. Big fruit and spice are layered throughout the beginning, middle and lingering finish. She is simultaneously elegant and bold, we are certain this Phoenix will be love at first taste.

40% Mourvedre, 22% Grenache, 17% Petite Sirah,

A Mourvedre leading Rhône blend with big fruit, structure and spice. The nose has aromatics of blackberry, dark cherry, anise, leather, black pepper, followed by blueberry, tobacco and spice with a long cocoa vanilla finish.

ZinPunk is the leader of the Anime Series, a blend that balances elegance and power on the edge of sword. Like the warrior she embodies, she is a bold representation of strength and beauty with just the right amount of jam, spice, earthy tannin, acid, and more jam! Composed of a trifecta of sometimes under-appreciated varietals, ZinPunk stands up to the best of blends and delivers everything you love about Zins and more! En Garde!

2021 Theory Z
48% Zinfandel, 28% Mourvedre, 24% Syrah
Theory Z, the shape-shifting character of our Anime Series, conjured a mesmerizing blend in the 2021 vintage. This sneaky Kitsune snagged some of the best barrels to create a complex wine with a big brambly nose followed by waves of cherry, plum, pepper, violet and sage. Zin’s brambly fruit and spice finds harmony with the earthiness and anise of Mourvedre, and deep fruit, sage and violet notes of Petit Verdot. Watch out, Theory Z might slash your current favorite a notch down on your list of top wines.

2021 Slayer
46% Cabernet, 26% Petit Verdot, 13% Petite Sirah, 10% Zinfandel, 5% Tannat
Slayer is a bold blend of five varietals that come together with blackberry and plum on a backbone of spice and tannin and trailing to a long finish of violet, black pepper, and sage. Slayer is a serious foodie wine that will stand up to bold dishes. She’s dark, menacing, intense, and demands respect!

Late Harvest Port Style Zinfandel
Aged 15.5 years prior to release, this Port-style Zinfandel dessert wine is smooth, elegant with huge fruit. Dark cherry cola packed with currants, raisins, and a lingering caramel cherry finish. Dirt Candy is dessert in a glass.
