Cypher Wine Syrup
This simple recipe is your answer to sprucing up every dish! Ingredients
- 3 cups Cypher Red Wine (May use Cypher Ethereal White or Evanescense Rosé for lighter syrup)
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
Step One
- Pour a sip of wine in your Cypher wine tumbler 🙂
Step Two
- In a wide saucepan or skillet, combine the wine with sugar.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Simmer until syrupy and reduced to about a third of the volume.
Step Three
- Let cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
Get Creative!
- You can also simmer the wine with flavorings, such as fresh ginger, spice, herbs, black peppercorns, vanilla bean. Just strain them out after cooling the syrup.
