Ingredients
- 20 Large Fresh Ripe Figs
- 8 ounces Thinly Sliced Italian prosciutto
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Cut figs in half.
- Dip cut side in balsamic vinegar.
- Wrap fig half in prosciutto and hold together with a toothpick.
- Grill until the prosciutto is slightly crispy and the fig is warmed to gooey perfection.
- Remove from grill and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Instead of grilling, you can also roast the figs in a preheated 450 degree oven until the prosciutto is crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
